The large capacity conduit cleaner is machined from a tough weather resistant polymer. All hardware is stainless steel to provide years of trouble free service. Brush set replacement only requires a Philips screwdriver.
The unique design of this conduit cleaner permits full 360 degree cleaning and remote operation with use of a shotgun stick. Simply lock the MS-USCC-004 into a shotgun stick and push the “V” throat against the conduit to open the jaws and enclose the conduit. Now place the shotgun stick in the unlocked position but keep the conduit cleaner secured within the shotgun end. This will permit the operator to provide a full 360 degree cleaning action on the conduit. Stainless steel tension springs assure agressive brush cleaning action to remove even the most stubborn oxide layer. When cleaning is completed return the shotgun stick to the locked position to secure the MS-USCC-004 and pull off the conduit. If you are serious about obtaining a solid jumper or grounding connection use of the MS-USCC-004 is mandated.

Replacement Conductor Cleaning Brushes
Replacement brush set only for the Large Conductor Cleaner. The replacement brush set will cover sizes ranging from 3″ diameter minimum through 11″ maximum. Replacement requires use of a Philips screwdriver.
