Please allow approximately 1 to 7 business days to receive your order from your specified shipping carrier, depending on your location. Some items are not on our shelf, and have a lead time clearly stated. Additionally, some items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please note that if an item is not in stock or has a lead time associated with it, the delivery time noted during checkout is from the date of shipment. Choosing “Next Day Air” for instance, does not necessarily mean that the product will arrive the next day. Some products come from different manufacturers and warehouses and “kits” must be assembled; shipping time will be 7 to 14 days.

UPS – Rates are calculated in real time based on your order, location and service option.

APO/FPO Addresses – We gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses using US Priority Mail.

Government and Public Institution Purchases – We extend 30 day terms automatically and do not require a minimum order amount for federal, state, county, city, military, college or hospital purchases. We happily accept GSA credit cards and do not require you to fill out a credit form. Simply fax us your purchase order or give us a call and we will get your order rolling.

Shipping to Canada – We ship to Canada. Buyer is responsible for any and all taxes, duties and brokerage fees on items shipped to Canada. These additional charges are not paid to Macron Safety and will be collected by delivery service at time of delivery. Please note that we are unable to ship certain items such as RAE Systems gas detectors to Canada due to manufacturer and export restrictions.

International Orders – Please note we are unable to ship certain items due to manufacturer and export restrictions. Please confirm with your countries import/export allowances prior to placing your order.

Shipping Delays – Occasionally UPS or the Post Office does not deliver packages in their stated service time window. Most often this is due to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or because they experienced technical difficulties. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we cannot reimburse you due to delays caused by our carriers.

Returns – The return of items in original as shipped condition will, in general (see below), be accepted for credit. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. This will ensure that we are both aware that a return is coming, and that credit needs to be issued. Depending on the product, and the manufacturer’s policies, there may be a re-stocking charge applied. These are in the range of 15-30%. Please note that we only charge a re-stocking fee when we are charged one ourselves. Please package returns appropriately, keeping record of tracking numbers. Insure the package if warranted, as we can only issue credit for returns we actually receive.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Respirators and Dust Masks – We regret we are unable to accept respirator or dust mask returns as we have no way to tell if they have been used or exposed to hazardous contaminants.
• Gas – We are unable to accept gas returns due to manufacturers’ policies and associated HazMat fees.
• Custom Orders – Special orders such as “kits” cannot be returned.

Refunds – Credit will be issued only to the Credit Card originally used to purchase the item. Customer will be charged for freight. Products cannot be returned after 30 days of purchase.

Damaged / Defective Products – Please contact Customer Service as soon as is practical via contact@macronsafety.com. If the problem is damage in transit, please retain packaging, as UPS may want to examine. Arrangements for return or refund will be made based on the circumstances.
